Sie werden als Set mit zwei selbstklebenden Elektroden geliefert und k\u00f6nnen direkt mit dem AED verbunden werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die deutlichen Abbildungen auf den Elektroden zeigen, wo sie auf dem Brustkorb angebracht werden m\u00fcssen. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen auch unerfahrene Ersthelfer die Elektroden im Notfall schnell und sicher platzieren. Der starke Kleber sorgt f\u00fcr einen guten Kontakt mit der Haut.<\/p>\n<p>Die SMART Pads II sind f\u00fcr Erwachsene geeignet. Zusammen mit dem optional erh\u00e4ltlichen Philips FRx Kinderschl\u00fcssel k\u00f6nnen dieselben Elektroden auch bei Kindern unter 8 Jahren oder unter 25 kg verwendet werden. Der AED reduziert dabei automatisch die Energie und passt die Anweisungen an.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einer Verwendung oder nach Ablauf des Verfalldatums m\u00fcssen die Elektroden ersetzt werden. Die Haltbarkeit betr\u00e4gt ungef\u00e4hr zwei Jahre.
